If you find your network performance is lagging, you might want to turn off auto-tuning and see if it improves.

I found that this setting does not stick in Windows 7 RTM. Looking for a way to make it stick.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
run that command in a cmd with admin ryts…
I turned the auto tuning level off for several days and it still stays disabled.
