How to Install 64 bit Printer Drivers to 32 bit Windows Servers

We just started to deploy 64 bit Windows machines and the first problem encountered is the printer drivers. Our server is still running 32 bit Windows 2003 server and it has no 64 bit printer drivers. I first try to install the additional drivers on the server, but it requires me to provide the 64 bit Windows server installation media which I do not have.

I found this forum thread about how to do it from a client machine. The idea is to use printmanagement.msc and add the printer server. After printer server is added, add the necessary drivers to the printer server. Note that printmanagement.msc is available on Vista or Windows 7. Windows XP does not have this tool.
